Ms. Leslie Marsh was interested in purchasing an old and very dilapidated three story building in uptown Stuart to rehabilitate into apartments and offices. LSBDC helped her find financing, and assisted in developing the business plan.
By assisting in a unique financing arrangement, we helped Patrick County overcome a major economic development hurdle as the nearest other hospital was over 30 miles away.
