ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Dr. Vince Magnini is a tenured faculty member in Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business. He was recently ranked as one of the top 12 most prolific hospitality researchers worldwide. He has authored four books and more than 100 articles and reports, and is a U.S. Fulbright Scholar. His recent book titled Performance Enhancers: Twenty Essential Habits for Service Businesses appeared on the top 1% of Amazon.com’s Best Seller Ranking throughout 2014. He has been featured three times on National Public Radio’s (NPR) With Good Reason, once on NPR’s All Things Considered and cited in the New York Times.
